Dosage Question

So I’m three weeks in and appetite is dead on .25. Have to remember to eat. Cravings of other kinds like alcohol are gone as well. I usually enjoyed a bourbon or three per night. So that’s all good.
My understanding of the way this works is mainly through appetite suppression and lowering blood sugar. So do you need to move up in dose if your appetite is in check? Is there another effect from moving up?
