First of all, I LOVE Semaglutide. I’ve been on for 4 weeks, and feeling my body reacting very well. I am down 18lbs and counting.
In 2017 I had a gastric sleeve in Tijuana, Mexico. The surgery did wonders for me, but as I slipped into old habits, my stomach stretched out and I stopped losing weight. I began my weight loss journey at 422lbs. I started Semaglutide in August 23’ and my beginning weight of my first shot was 337. I had still managed to keep almost 100lbs off..
I am in a good place, and believe Semaglutide can/will be that opportunity for me to lose the rest of the weight.
Question: have any of you had the surgery and have felt your stomach tighten since being on Semaglutide? Mine has shrunken dramatically. I took a large drink of water today, and my little stomach couldn’t handle it…
I would love to hear about your experiences, with or without the surgery. This subreddit has really given me the motivation to become a better me. Pictures are welcome as well.
Thank you all. Keep going strong
