Weird shot

I took my ozempic shot last night. As I took it shot of cold went to the center if my back. My back started hurting and still hurting 15 hours later. A cold bubble was sticking out where I gave the shot. The shot itself hurt as the liquid went in. The bubble is almost gone but when is push it pain shoots into my back the same place the cold shot. Has anyone else had an experience like this? Any idea what I did wrong?
