On my first week and the fatigue is so bad it's affecting my life. I usually go to the gym 4-5 times a week, I've only been able to make it twice and that took everything out of me. I need about 12hours of sleep every night and even that's not enough- I've been late to work literally every single day since because it's IMPOSSIBLE for me to wake up in the morning it's like I have weights tied down to my body. I know the side effects are supposed to get better with time but this fatigue is one side effect I literally cannot wait to get better because it's affecting my work performance and entire life. Please, does anyone have any tips to fight the fatigue early on??? If nothing helps, I'll have to stop and try Phentermine again. TD;DR: fatigue so bad always late for work & tired. Looking for solutions to fight the fatigue, please help.
