I filmed a couple videos a couple of weeks ago and hit up my biggest, loyal client to see if he wanted them right after, as they seemed just his style. he said he didn’t have the funds right now but he’d get back to me when he did, absolutely fine.

I went about normal and advertised them and posted them on my fansly (as ppv) because it was just a video I knew people would enjoy that I made for fun Well he hit me up earlier today (2.5 weeks later) and bought them directly from me and said he really liked them. But now about 2 hours after sending he messaged me saying that he thought I made those videos just for him and he thought I was waiting to send them to only him. he didn’t order a custom or anything, I just messaged him after making them because I knew he’d enjoy them. I was never intending on making it seem like they were exclusives I made for him or anything. I even offered them to him at a good discount (both for $45 instead of $30/each as they’re listed on fansly but he paid full price anyways as he always tips) and that financially it’d make more sense to just subscribe to my fansly (it wouldn’t, I always give him a discount, he just always pays more than I ask) So yeah, I’ve been selling for a month now and never ran into an issue like this, I haven’t responded because I’m not sure what to say? If someone could help? He’s genuinely a sweet guy and I just feel bad that he took it as more than intended? Do I offer a refund? He already has the videos so maybe a partial refund? I’m not sure.
