Are you too as a SW getting loads of sex toy testing offers on Reddit - is this a new scam?

Hi,
Im just curious, I have about 3k followers on my SW account on Twitter and lately i get crazy amount of offers to test sex toys and get them for free on Amazon. As, I order them and they send me money on paypal. It does sound fishy thou. Anyone doing this and know if it is legit or just a scam?
