Need some advice for better negotiation
Post Body

I am planning for price negotiation after buyer provided LOI which I think is very low.

- Pre COVID I received LOI for 1.8 million USD (my previous broker messed up so lost the deal). I did valuation with 2 different companies they mentioned same range.

- Post COVID the company was locked down for a month but sales bounced back and YTD is still bit higher than last year. No company debt and positive cash flow.

- The seller is bringing in COVID and uncertanity and offering 700K for total valuation with 25 percent to be paid after a year (so I am financing 25 percent).

-I want to let go at 1.2 million USD. How should I negotiate?
