In regards to rights, unless otherwise discussed, the commissioning party would have the publishing rights to the music and act as the "Publisher", whereas I would retain my rights as the "Songwriter" or "Composer". This means that you have the right to reproduce and distribute the music, and we split the mechanical royalties on the music 50-50 should there be profit. Other terms can be negotiated.

Disclaimer: All of the information below is a very general guideline, and pricing is discussed on an individual basis considering many factors, such as the available finances of the buyer, the intent to use for profit or personal use, the genre/type of music, the deadline, and more.

Sheet Music/Finale Recording Generally 10$/min on average, but depends on complexity. If you only want a melodic line, for instance, it would be more like $2/min. If you wanted an entire orchestration, it could cost up to 20$/min or more depending on the difficulty. It all depends on the scope of the project.

Logic Pro X Electronically Created MP3 Generally 20$/min on average, but depends on complexity. If you only want a melodic line, for instance, it would be more like 5$/min. If you wanted an entire orchestration with high-quality(as high as can be managed in logic, anyhow) instrument sounds, it could cost up to 40$/min more more depending on the difficulty. It all depends on the scope of the project.
