How do I stop feeling sad about why I sh (TW healed/ personal relationship issues)

I started self harming young but the reason it got bad was because of an TW🔴🔴 ••abusive••relationship and every time I look at it I get reminded of the whole situation and how bad I felt and I just get flashbacks I have bpd and I’ve been going to therapy for a little bit now but I just can’t seem to forget any of it I want to forget about this
