Hi everyone- im new to this sub so if this type of post isn’t allowed please let me know. Im learning how to do my own hair at home and have a cheap set of Remington clippers with guards up till about a 5 i think. They have been doing the job (growing a mullet from a buzz so really only worrying about the sides at the moment) I was just wondering if anyone had any tips right off of the bat while im just starting. Idk how to blend but i try my best. I try to do my line up but im always too scared that ill give myself a receding hairline lmao. Idk what YouTubers are good to learn from. Im also wanting to study a barbering cert and gain an apprenticeship after i finish my uni studies so really trying to learn on myself and then others so i can gain those skills early on. Any advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated because im overwhelmed trying to dig through all these posts 🙏🏻
