It definitely has charge in the mainspring.
When I pull the crown out to set the time, there is a friction feeling. Almost like something is stopping the motion works from moving freely.
Any ideas? Could it be the c-clip? Canon pinion?
The hands didn't remove too easily. I'm thinking there may have been some pressure put on the rotor, but why would that affect the motion works? I can tell the rotor is working perfectly. The watch is winding, I can hear it when I rotate the rotor.
Edit: I pressed down on the c-clip and it's ticking again, but it's even harder to set the time now. It's like the crown won't rotate at all. I'm thinking I should remove the c-clip.
