Hey Guys,
new to this sub. I found a Seiko 6309-7040 in wonderful condition while thrifting for 20€ and brought it to a local seiko dealer for service and repair (it was running badly and only had a few minutes of reserve before stopping). Now i got a call that its not repairable because there are no more spare parts for the movement. I would be fine to invest 100-200€ for a new movement but Seiko does not produce the 6309A anymore. Does anyone know where to get one or knows a dealer who could take care of it?
I was looking for this watch for years but never could get my hands on one such a good condition. Im located in Germany, so german dealers would be appreciated. I am quiet handy and have moderate watchmaking skills so i would be fine with changing the movement by myself.
Thanks in advance.
