Seiko [SNJ025] HELP/FIX
Post Body

I've had this watch a couple years and love it. Suddenly on vacation the hour hand stopped moving. As you can see in one of the pics the digital time is correct, the seconds and minutes hand operate as they should but the hour hand is "stuck" and won't move. I've tried resetting by unscrewing the crown and holding the buttons on the left side. Cannot get the hour hand to move. Also tried another method of realigning the hands by unscrewing the crown and holding the top left button then the bottom left to cycle through the seconds, minutes and hour hand. None of those have worked. It is fully chargers with a full battery level of 10. Does anyone know of a solution or do I need to send it off for repair?
