SST not providing payment info and no response from CFPB

I guess I’m screwed because everything that was on my SeedFi account now redirects me to SST. I can’t see my payment info, loan total, NOTHING. It says to “contact SST”.

The amount on the SST website does not match the total I recall seeing on Seedfi. To verify this, I have made countless of requests for my payment history. They have failed to provide it and only show me what has happened with the account since SST took over so I have no way of verifying the total pay off amount.

I placed a report with the CFPB over a month ago and SST said they are “working on a response”. I’m not paying until I have transparency about my loan and I have a copy of my financial records with them. They harass and call 10 times a day despite having notes in their system that I have requested the same thing over and over again.

Is there anything else we can do? How can they just delete that Seedfi info and import stuff to a shady af incomplete website and say that’s final?
