What is it really like to actually live in Sedona?

Post Body

Hi. I currently live in NJ, and would like a change. I've visited Sedona twice on vacation, and absolutely love it! The energy, the scenery, and even the air there is invigorating. I work for a large national hotel chain, and was considering possibly transferring my job to a hotel in Sedona. I currently earn about $14 an hour. Would that be enough to live relatively comfortably, and enjoy the area? I know that Sedona is not cheap though, and it can get very touristy. It's also kind of far from major cities. You do have Phoenix and Flagstaff. Vegas and LA aren't that far, but none of those cities are "close". Does Sedona ever feel too isolated?
