Hello I am in my mid-20s, recently graduated from college. I've been conditionally offered a GS job that requires TS/SCI. I'm currently going through the investigation process. One of my big concerns is the amount of debt I have. $70k ($28k in student loans, $42k in CC debt). Living in a high COL city low paying job while in college using my cards to pay for living expenses while all my income went to rent charging some of my college tuition payments to my credit cards resulted in this situation. I am actively paying them off and have not yet missed a payment, despite the fact I'm living paycheck to paycheck barely getting by because of it.

Concerned about not getting the clearance because of this, which would really suck because the job salary is six figures so getting the job means I can probably pay off all this debt in 1-2 years.
