Need Recommendation for reliable cameras with reliable support

I am looking for a reliable IP camera by a supplier with reliable support, preferable in US or if in China, one that respects the time difference.
- Residential
- No WiFi
- PoE
Works well in iSpy and android apps. Will NOT be sending video out over WAN, local only
Also appreciate any suggestions as to suppliers to AVOID !!
