You need 1 of all 9 different natural "Shem" golem pets. Stand outside of London portal in Agartha and summon them. Then sit back and wait for the animation to happen. "Shem of Technology" DOES NOT interfere with achievement (it doesn't help either). There is a per-instance cooldown on the event so you may need to find a fresh Agartha instance if you get the "Your golem doesn't feel like dancing" message when you attempt this. Your golem needs to be the one participating in the event for you to get the achievement.
