I’m 46 years old and have had seven derm since my daughter was born. My scalp feels tight some days and sore too. Especially after being outside in the hot sun a while. The doctor prescribe fluocinolone liquid for the patches and redness. I been using tea tree shampoo and head and shoulders when I wash my hair. Nothing truly helps alleviate the flakes and dry scalp feeling. I feel embarrassed in public settings. I know people can see the flakes sitting in my long curly hair. Lately I’ve been using As I am tree tree oil scalp treatment before I wash my hair. Not sure what else to do.
