So I found this sub 1 month ago and within the past month got my seb derm from BAD to almost non existent. Skin care and stress control was a must and today I started the carnivore diet to help with seb derm as well as my skincare routine (listed below). Would love any advice or tips you got also if non starch vegetables are still a no ? Like broccoli, spinach, carrots.
