Hi guys,I'm 19, M, and for the last 9/10 months i have been losing a lot of hair when combing,washing,ecc,to the point where i have very few hair in some spots. My derm told that my hair fall was caused by an excessive sebum production, which clogged my hair and caused them to fall. I also had sebderm. I started a treatment to bring my sebum levels back to normal in September,and i have to say It worked,my scalp feels much better and I no longer have an oily scalp or dandruff. The fact is that i am still losing hair, and all of them fall with a white bulb at the end. So i wanted to ask you, how much time after managing the cause of hair loss should i start seeing regrowth? And,can minoxidil be used in this case?
