Alright long story short I’ve been battling with SD since 8th grade however as an adult now with age it got worse , I now have it in my hair full blown, around my full beard , middle of my chest and on my back . My nose breaks out and burns around the creases, and I have hypo and hyperpigmentation,Im African American male

Products I have use that only seem to work Believe it or not 2 rounds of fluconazole at 300 mg doses for 4 weeks twice , ketoconozol shampoo Coal tar shampoo , selsun blue shampoo and head and shoulders royal oils shampoo and conditioner , 2.5 hydrocortisone, colbetasol and fluconolcide oil I know I spell these wrongs but there steroids oils Nothing seems to work only the fluconazole pills . I haven’t tried cutting out things from my diet and I heard smoking can irritate it as well , I partake in delta products etc . I’m just tired and exhausted, I feel like the hard water has something to do with it here in Wisconsin , when I stayed in Chicago the water had treated my skin much better . Idk kinda lost and I’m tired of using all these steroids , naturally I was just steaming my face , used cerve day and night creams and dr bonners astringent to clean my face as well with , my hair I was using castor oil with tea trea oils. Any advice will help .
