Nothing but a Busy Signal at the Seattle Vets Center

In this day and age it makes zero sense for the Seattle Vets Center to have their main telephone contact number ring busy for the past 5 hours. Anyone else have hit this issue? Kinda makes it pointless to occupy a building at 4735 E Marginal Way S, Room 1102, Seattle, WA, 98134. (206) 658-4225 when they aren't even answering calls. This is bullshit. Wondering if this is some grift agency.
