What happened to the Downtown Target's men's section?

There is seriously nothing there. You can find a few sweatshirts and pants, but then there's just a bunch of empty racks and shelves. It doesn't make any sense. It can't be a supply chain issue, 'cause the women's section is totally full with (what looks like) a great selection, but there are just hardly any men's clothes. What gives?
