One week and I will be in Seattle for 2 weeks what should I do? Looking for best food and cool tech spots. More info in text thanks.
Post Body

Hey! I will be back in Seattle for 2 weeks soon and wanted to know what was a great place to go. Now I has a chef for years and have been working/running restaurants for a good 17 years before turning back to my hobby of electronics to give a more stable life for my kids and wife. Now I love my games and electronics but equally like good food. Now I love a good hole in the wall where the food if off the chain and no one but a local would know. I have done a bit of my own research but would like to ask you what I should go check out. I was 15 and in Seattle the first time I did sushi and it was heaven. I am looking for any type of food. Love a good ramen shop. Been going to one in canton Michigan called Matausham for over 20 years now and have never found one as good anywhere else on the east coast. I use to travel a lot. So if their is a good ramen shop let me know. I will try almost anything that is not tongue or reproductive organs as I can still not wrap my head around those items. Love video games so if their is a cool games spot or store I should hit up let me know. Last thing would love to learn about coffee some more and by coffee I in no way plan on going to starbucks but again hole in the wall but real deal coffee where they don't make you feel dumb for asking questions (knowing is half the battle). Thank you again for all input as you will be my eyes and ears till I arrive on the 9th.
