Hope it's okay to post here (as I couldn't find any Seattle Missed Connections sub?)..
tl;dr - Met an Indian girl at a bollywood concert in the said theatre, had great company through the event. Eventually chatted a bit after the show but left after only exchanging first names. Is there a chance we'll meet again?
I'd attended the Unforgettable 90s bollywood concert on 24th at Paramount Theatre from 7pm. Bought a last minute ticket as none of my friends could join. Picked an aisle seat (in the middle section) with couple of empty ones next to it as I was alone and wanted a decent space. I enter the venue and find this Indian girl (in her 20s I guess, dressed simple and bit Indian Traditional) seated in the immediate next seat.
She had bought a last minute ticket (at the box office), was attending alone, and somehow purchased the seat next to mine! May be coz we both saw the same empty seats while booking? or were we destined to meet? :O
5 mins in, she starts the conversation seeing me sitting quiet lol. We connect over 90s music and happily chat throughout the concert (without bothering others, for sure). It was a delight to find someone next to you equally excited about the show and willing to socialize, especially when you were missing a good company! We both end up chatting a bit after the show and left just exchanging first names. My bad, I didn't even ask for her contact or learn more about and just let myself enjoy the momentary friendship :/
We were seated in 3rd Mezzanine and know our row and seat #s. I'm pretty sure she couldn't have forgotten this incident!
Please hmu if you or anyone of her friends see this post, would like to hangout sometime, be friends and may be go for more concerts in the future? Unexpected great company is always cherishable :)
