Trip to downtown Seattle this weekend; how’s the flooding gonna affect me?

Hi all! I’m flying into Seattle Airport Tmrw and taking the public transit to downtown for the weekend. How bad is this weather and flooding gonna fuck up my days there? Are things gonna be closed? Is the general downtown a mess? Please forgive my ignorance, I am from the Gulf of Mexico area 🥲😅

Any help would do greatly and advice would be great!!

Edit: Please try and not be sassy in your replies; flooding can be a real issue where I’m from and I just wanna know what I’m getting myself into. We have hurricanes and such. Sorry for not being educated on the PNW ☹️
