Do year leases have more protection from rent increase vs month-to-month?
Post Body
I'm currently in a month-to-month lease after having completed the first year lease as they offered both but I wasn't sure if I was going to stay. I'm definitely staying now so I'm wondering if going back to yearly has any benefits like less chance of a rent increase or anything? Or is it just pick one and pray?
