Tips to get through SAD this year

Hey all,

I can tell when something’s off with my body - and as soon as October hits, I succumb to SAD (seasonal affective disorder). The gloomy weather really impacts my mood. I become lazier, and waste much more time. I also feel disconnected from my friends and feel like I don’t have any. On top of that, I am injured, so I can’t go to the gym as often as I used to (can only do things with my legs at the moment). Does anyone have any tips to get through the next few months? :(
