The zombie laser tag stuff was filmed at Sportime USA in Elmsford, New York. Anyone who grew up in Westchester County, New York had to have attended at least one birthday party there. As a kid growing up in the 90s it was always a treat to go there. The laser tag was added probably in the last 20 years though. I also don't remember "Go Karts" ever being there.

As for whether a Go Kart could make it from there to Brooklyn (or Long Island City?) I have no idea. It's roughly 30 miles.

Oh yeah, interestingly, Sportime is right down the same road from the site of another formerly popular place for birthday parties, Elmsford Raceway, a "slot car" racetrack, though it closed about 5 years ago. Just before it closed, it was featured on an episode of the Americans, where Philip Jennings gets frustrated that his car goes off the tracks (a very common occurance there) and lets out an expletive.
