Problem with Ashen Chests

So I just sold the Tome of Resurrection I and the Tome of Curses IV to Larinna (got them from the same chest) yet did not get the xbox achievements nor did the cosmetics unlock? What do I do? I just practically spent an hour, maybe more, searching for Key Masters just to not get the cosmetics?And yes, I made sure I haven't unlocked them before. I have a physical notepad for that, which I use to check which ones I got.

Edit: Randomly launching the game again (I already tried this btw) gave me the achievements and unlocked the cosmetics. I'll take it I guess.
