So I recently started playing (today is my 3rd day) and I still have trouble parking. So, when I get to cresent isle I did a rough parking and call it good. I must have taken on a hole without realizing it because later my boat despawned. As such, my loot up to that point (about 4 hours worth) was splayed out into the bay. Luckily I got it all to shore without issue.

I later take the mermaid to my newly spawned boat a bit south of the isle. After not even 5 minutes of sailing my way back there is no sign of my loot or any player that could have taken all of it so quickly. This prompted me to google what the loot despawn timer was and everything said that I should have returned to my loot.

Worth noting however, a player joined and the server stopped me while sailing to give me the "sailing with all players message". Could that have caused the server to freak out and delete my loot ahead of time? If so is this a known bug? I also play on Xbox if that helps.
