If Rare were to add player Guilds/Fleets - What would you like to see?

Like the title says. If Rare introduced social options for player formed guilds/fleets what sort of stuff would you like to see included?
I'd love to see matching pennants/flags with customisable designs to let your group stand out. Priority matchmaking within guild for when you're searching for crewmates. A guild adventure board where maps placed can be picked up by other crews regardless of server, etc.
