Nearly every piece of media I've heard or read has been almost dismissive of Seattles chances on Saturday. All I've read or seen has been how tough the Panthers are, or how hot they are.

They come into Saturdays game with a 5 game win streak. Against the 9th weakest schedule in all of Football.

Their Defense is the hottest Defense in football. Against New Orleans, Cleveland, Tampa Bay, Atlanta and Ryan Lindley (the fourth string HS QB, who dropped 7 points on them.. in their house).

They have a rushing attack every bit as good as Seattle. Just look at the games against the worst run defenses in football (the best run D they faced was ranked 19th in the NFL.)

When he plays with consistency, Cam Newton is a taller, smarter, stronger version of Russell Wilson. Even when he can barely manage a victory against a team that did everything in their power to lose the game.

It's been an all out blitz of press trying to paint the Hawks in a negative light, and I'm a little pissed about it.
