German grey seals need help

Hey all, in Germany we have a huge amount of death strandings of grey seals in the Baltic Sea. All well fed, no signs of infections or diseases based on autopsies, but with net marks and fluid in their trachea. We need stricter regulations to prevent any further occurrences of these events.
