Post Body

So our daughter got Sea Dragons ( sea monkeys) for Xmas from gramma

They were growing and doing great until we had several days of temp drop overnight and the all died ☚ī¸ which sucks as they were getting big. So we bought more eggs (brine shrimp Not sea monkey ir sea dragon) and a cpl glass vases and started a new colony Only for them to ALL die on day 4😖. Rince and repeat with a small 10w tank heater @78 and All died on day 4.

Now we are using small tank heaters, and we used 1)1 tank with distilled water @25% salinity set at 78’ no food untill second day of hatch 2)1 tank with tap water and 5drops stress coat @ 25% salinity & temp of 78 food on first day of hatch 3)1 tank tap water 5 drops of stress coat @25% (no heat) food given same time egs set in tank and 2nd day of hatch.

On day 2 tank two had the largest sea dragons and tank 1&3 looked equal.

It is now day 3 and it appears that most all are dead in each tank even though there are still some swimmers. Not sure they will make it to day 4 let alone longer.

Starting to think its either us or the eggs
