I'm probably going to get spanked, but has anyone figured out a way to download and keep their audibooks? I subscribed to scribd for over a year and amassed quite a downloaded collection but I listen to stuff too dang slow. I went into my android setting and changed the setting so the app no longer had access to my data. Then I canceled my service. My downloaded books stayed there and listenable until recently. I'm guessing they caught on and an app update made it to so the app HAD TO check in for the files to continue to be playable. The books are stored as mp3 files on my phone but not playable outside of the scribd app. Has a home found a way around this?
