The idea would be to write a pilot episode for a teen drama (think something like Dawson's Creek) - with intelligent dialogue and well thought-out plots and character development.
I thought about perhaps having it set in a recently set-up ''camp'' for teenagers who's parents are desperate to find a way to get their sons/daughters back on the straight and narrow. This would be the first camp set up in the UK and it would come under a lot of fire and questioning but ultimately it would be last resort for a lot of parents.
The teens would have to leave their phones/iPad/electronics at the gate so there would be little/no dealing with modern tech in the screenplay. It would back to basic and really just focussing on the characters, their relationships with each other and their own families.
It's a very basic concept which may or may not work but would love to chat with someone who might be interested in brainstorming it and writing a draft with me?
DM me if interested.
