I'm NOT talking about something super aware like Scream but something that really just goes back to basics, using those 80's slasher movies as inspiration. Something that is well-written but essentially just made for horror fans who want to see people being killed off. Something that a potential low-budget horror production Company may want to pick up and make on the cheap.

As I say, the writing and dialogue can still be good. I'd want to write something that's less about today and more about then. Make it a straight horror rather than attempting to make it humorous or always referencing other movies to look smart.

Friday 13th style camp kills. Invented and surprising kills.

Looking for a fellow horror lover (and someone who enjoys writing scripts), who fancies coming up with an idea and writing something fun. I have a basic idea in mind but would love to FLESH it out with someone and get writing and just have fun with it.
