This may sound crazy, but the idea is permanently stuck in my head of this sort of comedy about a fast food restaurant really close to a sort of Warhammer 40K like front line, it’s frequented by shell shocked and emotionally scared soldiers, but the workers at the place are just entirely unfazed by it all. Giant monster rampaging right outside the building? THOSE BURGERS AREN’T MAKING THEMSELVES! Oh sorry boss, I’m stuck behind a reinforcement convoy, I’m gonna be a little late to work. Frontline about to break? DUCK AND COVER IT’S THE LUNCH RUSH! For extra troupe misusage, I almost want to make the key workers a super typical Five Man Band, and just never explain it.
