Corona sucks. Maybe we can write a sitcom, write stupid jokes, enjoy humour and maybe even end up with something really good by the end of it?
Potentially looking for US-based collaborators... I am based in the UK and I think the combination of the two different humours could work well. That said, happy to collab with anyone if the vibe is there (as well as the humour).
My idea is to write a sitcom about 2 gay women who find themselves unexpectedly having to raise a teenage boy (one of the women would have been a surrogate for a couple 15 years ago and recently the boys family were killed. He has now sought out his biological mother.)
Neither women really wanted kids so it would revolve around them attempting to raise a teenager with really no clue what they are doing, the pressures that a teenager can bring but also a lot of love somewhere in the mix and them realising what this new addition to their family has brought them.
I'm open to ideas though so nothing is set in stone.
