I just got out of a meeting with a potential writing partner. We had been talking online for about a month and decided to meet and discuss our ideas to see if we thought we could help each other. Surprise to me, he wanted me to sign an NDA before he started telling me about his projects! Well, I was mildly offended, how could you want to work with me, but not trust me with your ideas? IDK I found it off putting. Granted, I have never worked with someone before, but I have also never heard of an NDA in this industry. Thoughts?
