Is season 2 even worth watching?

I just recently binged season 1 and liked it, for the most part. I HATED that (spoiler) the Chanels were framed and institutionalized in the end. I started season 2 episode 1, and haven’t liked it so far. The tone seems so much different from the first season, and I dont really like the new setting. Plus the focus seems to be less on the Chanels this season. Is it even worth watching? Does the Red Devil even return? Let me know
