Every movie, thereās a monologue to tie in how that installment is meta in its own way spoken by the film buff (Randy in 1-3, Charlie/Robbie in 4, Mindy in 5-6 and probably 7).
Each one usually has rules that come from a similar type of movie in the franchise (sequel, requel, trilogy, etc).
What do you think Scream 7ās speech will reference?
Considering Halloween Ends is the only finale to a requel trilogy I can think of - do you think theyāll borrow any similarities to reference in a meta way throughout the story or do you think it will just be mentioned as āthis will be nothing like that because the fans were too dividedā?
That being said - what rules would the end of a requel trilogy need to follow? Maybe a Core 4 death, final showdown with a legacy character (probably Gale if they donāt get Neve back again)
Aside from those, I canāt think of anything else or any other movie that Mindy would reference to pull new rules from. Unless Iām leaving something out?
