Should I remove the rubber sheath off of cables to increase copper % per kg?

Talking about household cables and generally what you find most of the time, where there are 3 insulated wires inside a rubber sheath
Not sure if its more profitable to keep the rubber on it, since my junkyards calculate by copper percentage in cables afaik, but getting it off makes them quite a bit lighter..
