Redditors meeting other Redditors so it absolutely applies. 2 people meeting one another for the first time and that's what i'm hoping will happen, so on that note is anyone free in the evenings from Mon 11th to Sat 30th November? Because something caught my eye on my way home in a taxi from the city centre one night and it happened to be a poster for ALADDIN playing at the Theatre Royal Glasgow on Hope Street. I spotted the poster and a wee blurb with 5 stars. It made my eyes light up. I'd love to go see it.

I honestly have never seen a play/musical/show before at a theatre. I've also never been to the Theatre Royal. It's just not something i've ever participated in but for Aladdin it's one i'm willing to make an exception for as i loved the cartoon film when i was a kid incl. the Will Smith remake from a few years back. Yeah i know people said it was shit but i liked it. So i guess my post is seeing if i can try and find somebody who would be willing to go to the theatre to see this with me.

If anyone is free one evening from the 11th to 30th and happy to go see a musical with a newbie please hit me up. For the record this is not a date. I'm just looking for a companion, an associate, a buddy, a partner, a friend for something 100% platonic. I'm not that special and you probably ain't going to fancy me. I mean you might lol it's certainly possible but that's got nothing to do with me. Happy to get you a couple of beverages once inside but we each fork out for our own ticket. I'd be looking for tickets in Stalls as i wish to be directly in front of the stage and have the best view. To make things easier i'm happy for you to fork out for both and i will reimburse you when we meet in person. Fair deal in my opinion as it guarantees you will actually show.
