TL;DR - I don't want to have sex with strange young men I don't know. I will be in Scotland in Spring 2024, likely April through May. Friends, cycling companions, and interesting people who just want to meet someone new are all welcome. I am AuDHD.

I'm a young-looking Gen X-er woman who will be bicycling all over ROI, NI, and Scotland in spring 2024.

I am hoping I might find a genuine connection to investigate in-person while I'm over there for several months, and also potential cycling partners since this is a solo trip for me. You need not be in shape to cycle along with me as I am very slow and prone to stopping often or detouring for distractions (ooh shiny!). I don't have a set planned route but I'm going to be visiting different archaeological sites and staying out of the cities and tourism areas. I am planning on starting on the West Coast of Scotland near the Highlands and then going clockwise around the country. I expect to be in Scotland in April-May.

If you think that it might be fun to just chat with me and meet for a coffee while I'm over there (because what kind of weirdo enjoys bicycling thousands of kilometers, iykyk), I am all for that as well!

I'm a gamer (current obsession is Baldur's Gate 3) and neurodivergent (AuDHD). I enjoy being outdoors, obviously, and also indoors, creating art, reading, cooking, being a homebody, etc. I'm fun but sometimes people can't tell if I'm joking or not. I listen to a lot of hard rock and punk music. My favorite food is pizza. I suck at small talk and will disappear if someone tries to engage me in it.

I'm from the East Coast in the US, pursued a degree in anthropology (archaeology), and socio-politically outspoken in a Marxist/anarchist way. My adult daughter often gets sick of me talking about social, political, and environmental issues. I'm introverted but not shy.

Most of the people I know in real life are kinky, weird, ND freaks and those're the type of people I'm most comfortable hanging around as friends.
