Former Americans who have gained Scottish Citizenship, how did you do it?
Post Body

I have been thinking of changing my citizenship for the past 10 years and I have nothing keeping me here in America. I donโ€™t agree with anything that this country has to offer. Scotland seems like a good fit for me, as I have always dreamed of living there and I am of Scottish decent. I do not have any known family members close enough to gain a dual citizenship that I know of. Iโ€™m (obviously) in the beginning stages of my potential immigration, so Iโ€™m looking for advice on where to begin.
