It's my Dads 60th Birthday next week, and I'm looking to get him some single malt whisky, he's really into whisky (whereas I'm not too knowledgeable about whisky despite his best efforts) and for his 60th I want to get him something special. On previous birthdays I've given him a couple of the "drinks by the dram" sets but not whole bottles as I don't really know where to start. I know he's a fan of Islay whiskies, he usually visits the distilleries there and elsewhere in Scotland once a year. I have a list of all the whiskies he currently has here, should that offer any insight into the sort of whiskies he likes. I'm looking to spend around £75ish or under. Thanks!
