Talisker Distillers Edition is the best Scotch I've ever had

Just putting this out there. This is an incredible whiskey. If you are a bourbon lover as I am, you will especially like this. Its very well rounded with the right amount of peat, smoke, sweetness.

Its even head and shoulders above the 10 year imo. Give it a try.

I think this bottle is very approachable for people who want a more muted peat note and sweetness. Maybe for people moving from bourbon into scotch. I have the 16 year Lagavulin and it’s a great whisky but I could see it being a bit much for some folks. Have not tried the Lag DE but will give that a try soon.
